Photography is art. Some say it does not take the same skill as that of a fine artist. And while they may be correct in that a photographer may not have the skill of one who paints and draws, there is one similarity both fine artist and photographer share – the ability to render the varied faucets of life in all its forms and states. Anyone can pick up a camera and take a picture, but I like to think the lens I look through and create on paper
They say a picture is worth a 1000 words. I say the word count is limitless.
Whether a smile, a laugh, or love in the air – a single photograph captures the true essence of a single moment in time.
It is my dream to capture the world – at it’s peak and low – things mundane and extraordinary – ravaged and beauteous – from inside a Starbuck’s latte cup to the slight eyebrow you’ve raised from reading these words.
