Yeah. I’m not talking about your credit card. In fact, in this economy, one needs to leave their credit cards all at home!
So one of the problems with having a photographer eye – is that anything and everything you see can be inspiration for capturing on camera. And yes, this includes an empty candy wrapper in the grass, glimmering in a brilliant summer sun, twisted and crackled all over. And you thought your two year old was adorable and worth documenting.
The other evil of the photographer’s eye – you are always scolding yoursel for not having your camera with you. And yes, I realize I shouldn’t be out and about without camera attached to hand anyways (but we’ll address that later). There are times when one is without camera and it is of course in those moments that one spies a flock of swans with an ugly duckling along the watery edges of Napa River. Yeah, we’ve all had those moments.
In any event, while I may not be prepared to document the little moments, at least when I was on the Wine Train the other day, it was an no brainer to bring the camera. Check out some recent photos added to the Landscape Gallery.
Well done, my young Niece. Tell me more about your site. WHat are you trying to do with this? I’m intrigued…
